145 features, 18 modules

Customer and supplier tracking

8
  • Customer, supplier or both

Pick the type on a single card. If you leave the code empty it is generated automatically.

  • Customer groups

Define your own groups and assign them to cards. If you rename a group, the records update too.

  • Live balance

Receivable and payable update by themselves with invoices, collections and payments. Filter by “owes us”, “we owe” or zero balance.

  • Account statement

Date range, in/out filter, a running balance and period totals. Printed with stamp and signature areas.

  • Opening balance

The balance from before the program is entered with its direction and becomes the first line of the statement.

  • Payment days and credit limit

Invoice due dates are suggested from these days. A warning appears on the card when the credit limit is exceeded.

  • Business details

Tax office and number, contact person, address, phone, a different shipping address and notes.

  • History on one screen

Inside the card, the invoices, collections and payments and quotes for that person sit in separate tabs.

Sales and purchase invoices

15
  • Sales and purchase invoices

Both work in the same layout, with separate number series.

  • Product or free-text lines

Pick a product from stock or type one by hand. Line discounts and an overall discount can be applied.

  • Your own tax rates

A separate rate for each line. You add, edit and pick the default rate in settings.

  • Tax withholding

On invoices with tax withheld at source, you enter the withholding rate and the amount payable is shown separately. If you do not use it, turn it off in settings; while it is off, it does not appear on new documents.

  • Automatic numbering

The number is assigned when you save and never clashes. You choose its format from document series.

  • Due-date suggestion

Payment days come from the customer’s card, or from company settings if there are none. You can change them on the invoice.

  • Foreign-currency price

Enter a line with currency and rate, and the equivalent in your base currency is calculated.

  • Instalments and down payment

Type the number of instalments and preview the due dates and amounts. The rounding remainder is added to the last instalment.

  • Collection with the invoice

If the invoice was paid on the spot, you record the collection or payment on the same screen.

  • Advance deducted automatically

Amounts of the customer not linked to an invoice are deducted from a new invoice automatically.

  • Approval and cancellation

An approved invoice cannot be changed. It is cancelled, and linked collections stay as advances.

  • Copy as new

Copy an old invoice to open a new one.

  • Default invoice terms

Payment and delivery terms come from settings and can be edited on the invoice.

  • Link to a project

What we do not do yet

To be clear, the items below are not in the program. If you need one, write to us.

Official e-invoice submission

Radikal Hesap is pre-accounting software. Invoices are printed or shared by link; they are not sent to any official system.

Bank connection

It does not pull transactions from your bank. You enter the movements of cash and bank accounts yourself.

Automatic exchange rates

For foreign-currency transactions you type the rate yourself.

Full double-entry ledger and balance sheet

It stays within pre-accounting. For official books and financial statements you need your accountant’s software.

Payroll

Staff records are kept, but there is no salary calculation or payroll.

Stock quantity per warehouse

Warehouses can be defined, but for now a single total stock is kept per product.
