Service form

Still writing service forms on paper?

Switch to the online service form: fill it in on your phone at the customer’s site, email them a link, and turn it into an invoice when the job is done. Nothing gets lost and everything stays readable.

  • Fill it in on your phone: type, technician, time and work done
  • The customer opens the form from a link, no login needed
  • Lines become a sales invoice and the products you picked leave stock

Highlights

Six features that save the most time, and how each one works.

Production updates stock for you

Write the recipe once. When you produce, materials come off stock and the finished product goes in.

  1. Enter the recipe: the materials and the quantity it makes.
  2. If stock is enough, press Produce. A missing material stops production.
  3. Materials leave stock; the product enters at its calculated cost.

Recurring invoices

Invoices for monthly maintenance, subscriptions and the like are issued when they fall due.

  1. Pick the customer, the lines and the frequency: weekly, monthly or yearly.
  2. Check the first and last date in the preview; set a count or an end date if you like.
  3. The invoice is issued on time with a notification, and can be emailed to the customer.

Invoices in instalments

Choose the down payment and the number of instalments; due dates appear in the calendar.

  1. Open the instalment and down-payment plan on the invoice.
  2. Enter the down payment, its account and the number of instalments; the preview shows dates and amounts.
  3. The rounding remainder goes to the last instalment. Each instalment’s status is tracked on the invoice.

Service form

Fill in the form on your phone at the customer’s site, send it by link, turn it into an invoice.

  1. Fill in the type (service, maintenance, repair), technician, time and the work done.
  2. Email the form to the customer as a link; they open it without logging in.
  3. Complete it: a sales invoice is issued from the lines and the chosen stock items are deducted.

Your own fields

Add information specific to your business, such as a vehicle plate or a contract date.

  1. In Settings, open Custom fields and pick the record type: customer, product or invoice.
  2. Write the label and choose the field type; make it required or give it a default.
  3. The field shows on the form and card. It can be a list column and part of exports.

Sample customer statement: opening balance, invoices, collections and a running balance.

See at a glance who owes what

Each customer and supplier balance updates with invoices and collections. Pull the statement for any date range and print it.

Explore the module
Sample stock screen: quantity falls as sales are made, and a product under its minimum level is flagged.

Stock moves together with your sales

Stock drops when you issue an invoice and rises when a purchase comes in. A product that falls below its minimum level waits for you on the dashboard.

Sample data.

Who uses it, and how

Neighbourhood shop selling on credit

A customer buys on account and pays once a week. The payment goes to the oldest debt, and you print the statement for the customer.

Technical service company

Fill in the service form on your phone at the customer’s site, send it by link and turn it into an invoice with one click.

Small workshop and production

Enter raw material with a purchase invoice, then produce with a recipe. Materials leave stock and the finished product enters at its cost.

Agency and consulting

Put the monthly retainer on a recurring invoice, group work into projects and send quotes by link to get approval.

Wholesaler and dealer

Purchases priced in foreign currency, low-stock alerts, overdue ageing and a list of the slowest payers help you chase receivables.

Freelancer

You work alone. Quotes, invoices, payments and expenses live in one place, and you check the profit table at month end.

Frequently asked

What is Radikal Hesap?

It is pre-accounting software: customer accounts, invoices, collections, cash and bank, expenses, stock, quotes, projects and reports in one place. It is not tied to a single country.

Is there e-invoice or bank integration?

No. There is no submission to official e-invoice systems and no bank connection. Invoices are printed or shared by link, and you enter bank movements yourself.

Is a card needed for the trial?

No. You can sign up and try every module for 15 days.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your data stays put and is not deleted at once. When you pay you carry on where you left off. After the time ends the program cannot be used; when you log in we send you to the payment screen, and the support section stays open. Trial accounts that do not pay are deleted 90 days after the end. Accounts that have paid once are never deleted.

Is my data safe?

Each company’s data is kept separately; one company cannot see another’s data. Staff see only the sections you allow. Important actions are written to an audit trail.

Which invoice does a payment count toward?

If you pick an invoice it closes first; if not, it starts with the oldest open invoice. The surplus stays as an advance and is deducted from the next invoice automatically.
