The service

Radikal Hesap is a pre-accounting program offered over the web for businesses (customer and supplier tracking, invoices, quotes, collections and payments, cash and bank, stock, expenses, projects and reports). The program is not an official accounting ledger, e-invoice or bank integration; following your tax and legal obligations is your responsibility.

Account

You must give correct information when signing up and protect the security of your account (password, login details).
The company owner is responsible for the permissions given to staff and for what staff do in the account.
You may not use the account in a way that is unlawful, harms others or disrupts the service.

Trial, subscription and payment

Every company that signs up gets a 15-day free trial. No card details are asked for the trial.
There is one plan and it includes all modules: $5 a month. When a yearly option is offered, its price is shown on the pricing page and the payment screen.
Payment is made on the payment provider’s secure payment page; your card details are not stored by us.
Renewal opens 29 days before the subscription ends. No extra payment is taken while you have an active subscription.
When the trial or subscription ends the program cannot be used; on login you are sent to the payment screen. Your data stays put and you carry on where you left off when you pay. The Support section stays open.
Trial accounts that have not paid are deleted 90 days after the trial ends. Accounts that have paid once are not deleted.
Prices and plan content may change; a change does not apply to the current period and is announced in advance.

Withdrawal and refunds

The service is made available digitally at the moment of payment and remains available for the period you paid for. For this reason, paid subscription fees are not refunded, and the right of withdrawal does not apply because the service is made available immediately. The subscription does not renew automatically; if you do not renew, it ends at the end of the paid period. If a payment error occurs (for example a double payment), the excess amount is refunded. Non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law are reserved.

Your data

You own the business data you enter into the program. We do not use this data for any purpose other than providing the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

We recommend taking regular backups and exports of your data.

Service continuity and limit of liability

We take care to provide the service without interruption or errors; however there may be maintenance, faults or interruptions caused by third parties. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect damage or loss of profit; our total liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the period in which the event occurred. Intent, gross negligence and cases that cannot be limited by law are reserved.

Closing the account

You can ask to close your account at any time from the Support section. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of the terms or abuse.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in advance. The terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; however, mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are reserved.
