Trial and subscription: what happens when time is up?

   The trial period

   All modules are open for 15 days from sign-up. The days left show in the top banner and in notifications.

   When time is up

   On login you are sent to the payment screen. Only payment, support and logout are open. Your data is not deleted at once.

   Make the payment

   On the payment screen choose the period and complete the payment on the payment provider’s secure page. When the payment arrives the subscription starts and you carry on where you left off.

4. 4

   Renewal

   You can renew an active subscription 29 days before it ends; the new period is added on top of the current one.

5. 5

   If you do not pay

   Trial accounts that do not pay are deleted 90 days after the end. Accounts that have paid once are never deleted.
